Accommodation

Please make sure to book your hotel room well in advance. We will be reimbursing the costs of up to 100 € per night per Person including taxes. Please see below the 'travel and accommodation expense claim form'. However, please do get in touch, should you have any problems finding a suitable accommodation.

Travel Organisation

Travel costs (2nd class/economy) for up to a total of 300 € per person may be reimbursed using the claim form below.

 

Most international trains arrive at Prague's Main Railway Station Hlavní nádraží. Charles University is only a 15 min walk or a short taxi ride away.

 

Pragues main airport, Václav Havel Airport is located 20 km west of the city centre. You can make your way to the conference venue from the airport by taking a taxi (600 to 700 Kč, roughly 23-28 €), using the airport shuttle bus or catching a city bus.

 

The Autobusy Airport Express stops in front of Terminal 1 and will take you in approx. 25 minutes to Hlavní nádraží. Tickets can be purchased from the driver. Public Bus 119 will take you to the metro station Nádraží Veleslavín, where you can transfer to metro line A. The metro stop Můstek is only about 500 hundred meters away from the conference venue. Please remember to buy your ticket before boarding the bus.

 


 

How to claim your expenses

Please make sure to keep all relevant travel and accommodation receipts. We will provide 'Travel and accommodation expense claim forms' at the venue and will be happy to assist you with the paperwork.

 


 

Photo and/or video consent

Video footage and/or photos will be taken during the event, which may or may not include your recognizable image. If you do not wish to have us use your image, please notify us beforehand.
